Im experiencing extreme jealously plzz help?

ughggghghgh my bf likes me and well he said before we were together that he liked a girl im gonna call tater tot and well tater tot was his first kiss, but then she moved (btw they were together before me and him) well ughghgh its just bugss me becuz he still likes her and what if he likes her more than me the whole reason they broke up is cuz she moved...i love him so much its just bugs me so bad i just feel like punching a wall or ughghghgh HELP
