What game should i get for the PS3?

Modern Warfare 2 and Resident Evil 5 are awesome and are going to be cheaper than the new stuff. Fallout New Vegas, Black Ops, and Crysis 2 are also awesome but are going to be a little more expensive new. And Dead Space 2 is pretty good also.
