Massive vagina pressure!!! ): WHY?

I've been having pressure in my lady area for only a day.. but I have never in my life had it this bad. Of course before periods I get slight pressure but this is super uncomfortable. Almost to the point I'd like to cry. Last time I had sex was about a week and a half ago...no condom..no birth control. We use the pull out method. I'm hoping to god this doesn't involve pregnancy in ANY way!! I should be starting my period in a week... I just don't know what is causing this.. It's not painful at all anywhere, just extreme pressure... help??
