Quick u guyz Biology question (small intestine)?

i'm just wondering if i put a small intestine (its cells still living) which contains dilute glusoce solution and put it in a beaker of the same concentration, why would the mass of the solution in the small intestine decrease? plz i cant stand this question its hurting my head i just wanna no the answer
