Will my boobs grow after anorexia?

Two years ago when I was 14 I developed anorexia and went from a UK size 8 to children's age 10 clothes in just a few months. Due to the sudden and extreme weight loss, my boobs practically disappeared! Although I was recovering for quite a long time, it is only in the past three months that I have returned to a normal weight for my size and have only recently got my period back. I am not coming up to seventeen and was wondering whether my boobs will ever grow from this A cup and not look like they did when I was 10 years old!? (I developed quite early and started my period at 11) Will I be stuck like this forever?
