An empty beaker weighs 49.51 g. When filled with water, it weighs 281.75 g. What is the volume of the beaker?

Subtract the weight of the empty beaker from the weight of beaker + water, and you have the mass of the water. You can then easily convert to mL, and mL is the same as cubic centimeters.
