When choosing the smalelst a significant figure from a problem, do you count in the beaker/flask?

Volumetric flasks are very accurate. For 10 ml, 25 ml, 100 ml vol flasks, you can go to the hundredth decimal place (10.00, 25.00, 100.00 ml). For 250 ml vol flasks, you go to the tenth decimal place, 250.0 ml. Therefore, you have four sig figs using a 250 vol flask.
