EXTREME bottom left abdominal pain!!!?

Well about 5 days ago i had extreme pain in my lower left quadrent, it was the worst pain of my life and I have a high tolerence. I was in tears!! I also couldn't have a bowel movement it felt like i had to but i couldn't. All thatt came out was some blood (NOT hemmorroids) and some jelly-like clear stuff. I still can't have a bowel movement and the pain comes in waves of extreme and mild. I had a CT scan today, but my doctor's office seems like they need to go back to med school, but any way IDK what is wrong and im going away for a few days (6 hour car drive) What do you think is wrong? No stupid or "funny" answers. Thank You!
