Who was the first marvel comics charchter?

If you really must get technical about it, the original Human Torch and Namor, the Sub-Mariner, debuted together, but under Timely Comics which eventually became Marvel. Under Marvel, I suppose Dr. Droom (later Druid) appeared first, then the Fantastic Four. But like I said, I'm being very technical with the answer here.
