Why won't my JXD extreme 333 helicopter go forward?

I have an almost brand new JXD Extreme 333 helicopter. I got it for Christmas. Until recently, it worked great. Then, all of the sudden, it doesn't go forward very fast. Help? I enjoy my helicopter a lot.
